3 Account Management and Security

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your sona101 account username and password completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone else. You are responsible for any activity carried out using your login credentials. Third parties may not be permitted to manage your account.

3.2 Unauthorised Account Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the sona101 support team immediately. The platform will not be liable for any loss that occurs before you report the suspicious activity. Change your password regularly to maintain secure gaming.

3.3 Account Verification

After registration, sona101 confirms your identity through OTP verification. Additional verification may be required before large withdrawals or in any suspicious situation. In such cases, information is exchanged securely through SSL-encrypted channels.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Conditions for Other Bonuses

Specific conditions apply to all promotional offers on sona101. The sona101 weekly deposit reward gives a 30% bonus (up to ৳5,000) with 18x wagering. The sona101 Slot Festival bonus gives 50% (up to ৳8,000) with 22x wagering. The sona101 Weekend Cricket Bonus gives 40% (up to ৳6,000) with 20x wagering.

5.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• The specified wagering must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used as gaming balance
• Multiple bonuses may not be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms permit it
• Bonuses are applicable only for legitimate, genuine gaming activity
• If the terms of any bonus are violated, sona101 reserves the right to cancel it

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance Rules

sona101 applies its own rules to each bet or game round. If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, sona101 reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the original stake. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the staked amount is refunded.

6.2 Odds and Return Calculations

Odds in sona101 sports betting are set using the decimal method. The potential return for each bet is shown before placing it. For multi-bets, the full return is paid only if all selections are correct; if even one is wrong, the entire bet is lost.

6.3 Game Fairness

6.4 Betting Limits

4. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes
5. Misusing another member's account information

7. Operating an account on behalf of a minor

If any of these activities occur, sona101 will immediately close the account and may forfeit all balances. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by sona101

sona101 may close or suspend any account without prior notice due to rule violations, suspicious activity, or legal reasons. The valid balance (excluding bonuses) of a closed account will be returned after verification; however, in cases of rule violation, the entire balance may be forfeited.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. Contact the support team to do so. It is advised to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. sona101 reserves the right to allow or deny re-registration after an account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If no transactions are made for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts. Logging in again will reactivate the account.

11 Limitation of Liability

sona101 is not liable in the following situations:

• If a bet or game session is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection
• If a delay or loss occurs due to a third-party technical issue
• If a member suffers loss as a result of providing false information
• If account credentials are compromised due to the member's own negligence
• If service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, war, or government directive
